How we write guides
Each guide is written to answer the questions people actually ask: what do the scores mean, what is the difference between tumbling and trampoline, what should I look for in a club? We check rules against the current governing-body documents and update guides when the rules change. Guides are general information and not a substitute for advice from a qualified coach or medical professional.
