The Elite Rhythmic Gymnastics meet in Moscow

February 27, 2014

Moscow/RUS is hosting the first Rhythmic Gymnastics Grand Prix of the year at the Druzhba Sports Hall of the Luzhniki Olympic Complex from February 28 – March 2, 2014 where we will find all the European stars of the discipline.
The tournament consists of three competitions: the international junior event for Individuals and Groups that qualifies European gymnasts for the 2nd Youth Olympic Games (YOG) this August in Nanjing/CHN; an international tournament for seniors; and the Grand Prix that features the senior Individual event finals.

The seven top-ranked Individuals and the top-ranked Group from the All-around Qualifications of the YOG qualifier will secure their tickets to Nanjing. Gymnasts born in 1999 fulfil the age requirement for this competition. In total, eighteen individual gymnasts and six Groups composed of five gymnasts each will compete at the YOG.
